Automate workflows
Automate whole workflows, not single prompts.
Agents start on their own, work for hours, and bring people in exactly where a decision is needed.
Start from any trigger or schedule
Runs start when something happens — a new ticket, a message, a webhook — or on a schedule you set. No one has to press a button.
Let people guide the decisions
Agents ask when they are unsure and wait for approval before risky steps — in the tool where the work came from.

Runs for hours, picks up where it left off
Multi-step runs survive restarts and stay inside the budget you set — with a record of every step.
Why enterprises choose Grit
AI that fits how your company already works — and stays under your control.
Security and control
Agents run on your machines, with your keys. Nothing has to reach into your network.
Fits your tools
Work comes from the systems you already use, and results go back there. No new tool to adopt.
People stay in charge
Agents ask when they need a decision and wait for approval before risky steps.
Costs under control
Budgets per day and per runner, a record of every run, and what each one cost.
For engineering teams
Build your software factory.
Developers and coding agents on the same issues. Agents plan, implement and review across your repositories; people decide, approve and move on. Built into Jira with Grit for Jira.

- Everyone keeps their own priorities on shared issues
Connect your tools
Plug AI into your own data and tools.
Agents work where your teams already work. Connect the systems you use — or any API through a connection of your own.
● Jira is available today. The others are on our roadmap — tell us which you need first.
Supported models
Move freely between open and closed models.
Grit is built to work with any model: pick one per step, switch providers with a setting, or bring your own endpoint. No lock-in.
● Claude runs today. The others are on our roadmap — plus any model through OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible endpoints.
Questions
A coding agent on its own answers one prompt at a time. Grit is what runs around it: it starts agents on workflows of several steps, keeps them going for hours or days, restarts them after a crash, routes their questions and approvals to people, enforces budgets, and connects them to the platforms where the work comes from.
Yes, a runner: a machine you control (a laptop, a VM or a container) with grit-kit and a spark. Runners only make outbound calls, so they need no public address. A hosted option is planned.
Today runners use Claude Code with your own account or API key. More engines and models from other providers are on the roadmap, including a different model per step.
Jira today, through the Grit for Jira app. Connections are small, documented scripts, so you can connect your own tools; Slack, Linear and Asana are next on our list.
No. Agents run on your runners, against your repositories, with your keys. Platform apps like Grit for Jira keep their data in that platform and make no outside calls.
Yes. Per-person worklists, steps and turns, the Now board and saved views work on their own. Add agents when you're ready.
Get your first runner going in 10 minutes.
Pick ready-made skills or build your own, connect your tools, and hand an agent its first job.
